I put this together a few years ago as a way of helping people see where they are strong and where they can grow and some options on how to work toward growth. Feel free to adapt and use.

This is a great tool. We are looking at adopting a slightly different set of words to define our new ministry framework and this would be a great tool to modify along the lines of the 5 terms in our framework. -- Discover - Connect - Grow - Engage - Launch
